Beginning of reunification — 2002
After the WAF split in 1998 the two branches went their own way. In our WAF we opened space for innovation — new weight categories and other improvements.

Every year we tried to push the sport further. In 2001 we changed the SNLP scoring system and moved Senec Hand from June to March due to a clash with the Euros.
